Account recovery
If you have forgotten the username and/or password for your account, please use the 'Reset password' option from the front page and type in the email associated with your account. Your account must have a confirmed email to receive an email for resetting your password. Site operators won't be able to assist you with recovering your account if it doesn't have a confirmed email.
Change username
If you wish to change your username, you can purchase the Bento Box from the shop. This will support the game's development and allow you one change of your username. Alternatively, a Bento Box may be available on the item market as items purchased from the shop can be traded on the item market and in-game.
Reporting other players
You can report another player from the 'Report' option at the bottom of their user profile or one of their character profiles, which will take you to an online form. Using the online form will allow moderators to perform quick reprisals against malicious actors around the clock.
If you experience any issues while playing the game or using the website, please share them in the bug report channel of the game's Discord server.
In cases where a bug can be abused to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the issue relates to a sensitive information, please message the game's developer or one of its moderators directly on Discord. You can find them through the game's Discord server.
